Reflexology

While visiting a friend this week, we will call her Mrs C., I was treated to a reflexology foot message. I had not experienced anything like this before. Not only did it feel good, but I was intrigued by the spots that came up tender and how they were linked to other areas of my body that I knew had "issues".
